Chocolate Bubble Biscuits
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar (or splenda)
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup reduced calorie margarine (plain nonfat yogurt)
1/3 cup chocolate chips
2/3 cup milk
1/4 cup sugar (splenda)
1 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
In large bowl combine flour, 1/4 cup sugar (or splenda), baking powder and salt. Cut in margarine (or yogurt) until mixture resembles coarse meal. Stir in chocolate chips. Add milk; stir until dough holds a shape. Roll dough into 16 balls. Combine remaining 1/4 cup sugar (or splenda) and cinnamon in bowl. Roll balls in cinnamon sugar and place in sprayed 8 inch baking pan. Sprinkle balls with any leftover sugar. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Cool 10 minutes and then remove from pan; serve warm.
