Ingredients: tomatoes(I used a can of whole peeled, cause I didn't have any fresh on hand!!)
4-5 cloves of garlic
1/4 med onionserrano or jalapeƱo peppers( I used 5 if I remember right!)
salt
Directions:
Put garlic, onion, and peppers in a frying pan on med-high heat. "Roast" until they start to have a little black on them, don't completely burn them!!! Put the tomatoes and salt(about a tsp or so, then taste to add more) in a blender, when the rest of your ingredients are ready, add them and blend(not too long though!) Just until you can see that it is blended(you should still have some "chunks"!) ENJOY!!!
