1 tbsp. yeast 1 cup lukewarm water
1 tsp. sugar
2 1/2 cup flour
2 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. salt
Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water. Sprinkle with sugar. Let stand 5 minutes. Add flour, oil, and salt. Beat 20 strokes; let rest 5 minutes, covered. Spread; add toppings. (Such as: ham, pineapple, and mushrooms) Bake at 425 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
