Thyme Chicken Nuggets



1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup fine dry breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp salt
2 tsp thyme
1 1/2 tsp basil
3 egg whites

Cut chicken into small pieces, appx 1 1/2 inches square. Combine breadcrumbs, cheese, salt, thyme and basil; mix well. Lightly beat egg whites in seperate bowl. Dip chicken in egg whites, then crumbs. Place on sprayed baking sheet. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
