Baked Tuna Wrap

Filling:
4 cans tuna
1 can peas
~5 Tbs. parmesan cheese
~2 Tbs. garlic powder
pinch of salt
~1 c. milk
~1 c. flour

Sauce:
1 Tbs. butter
1/2 c. flour
dash salt & pepper
4 c. milk
2 c. shredded cheese

Also needed:
Big tortillas
Bread crumbs (optional)

Directions:
Start with the filling: Dump it all into a bowl and mix. Then make the sauce. In saucepan melt butter and stir in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk all at once. Cook and stir constantly till slightly thickened and starting to bubble. Add shredded cheese and stir till melted. Then use tongs (because sauce will be hot) and dip tortillas into sauce one at a time. After each dip, place in deep baking pan. Fill tortilla with filling and wrap. Continue until desired amount of wraps are made. With above ingredients, 12 were easily made. After all are made, pour extra sauce evenly over the top of the wraps in the pan. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. VERY yummy :)
