
Ingredients:
4 (5 oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms, drained
Directions:
Place chicken in crock pot; season with salt and pepper. Mix together chicken broth and cream of mushroom soup. Pour over top of chicken. Top with mushrooms. Cook on Low 7-9 hours. 1/4=215 calories/4 g. fat/1 g. fiber
