Slow Cooker BBQ Sandwiches



1 chuck or rump roast (about 3 lbs.)
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 bottle bbq sauce

Place meat into slow cooker. Sprinkle with garlic and onion powder and season with salt and pepper. Pour bbq sauce over meat. Cook on low 6-8 hours. Remove meat from slow cooker, shred, and return to slow cooker (Make sure to remove any bone and fat from slow cooker). Cook for 1 more hour. Serve hot.
