Ingredients:salsa recipe (except, use 1 1/2 cups of water and 2-3 tsps of salt)tortillas
cheese
onions
sour cream
avocadoes
Directions:
Make salsa as in the salsa recipe. But, put it in a small saucepan and bring it to a boil, lower heat and simmer (oh yeah, and add some chicken bouillon granules, about 2 tsps.) for about 5-10 minutes, add more water if needed. Meanwhile, cut tortillas as if you were cutting a pie. Fry the pieces in hot oil (be careful!!). When crisp, take out and drain. When ready to serve: Put desired amount of chips in a bowl, pour chile over them. Add cheese, onions, sour cream and avocado. You can also add an egg done sunny side up. Eat with french bread. ENJOY!!!!
