1 16 oz loaf frozen bread dough or sweet roll dough, thawed (I'm sure you could make up some dough too in your bread machine)1 tbsp margarine or butter, melted
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 tsp finely shredded orange peel
3-4 tsp orange juice
Directions:
On a floured surface, roll dough into a 12 x 8 rectangle. Brush dough with melted butter; sprinkle evenly with sugar and cinnamon. Roll up dough, beginning from a long side. Seal seam. Slice into 12 1-inch thick pieces. Spray a round bakign dish with nonstick spray. Place rolls in pan, cut sides down. Cover and let rise in a warm place until nearly double, about 30-60 minutes. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes. Cool slightly in pan on wire rack; remove from pan.For glaze, in a small bowl stir together the powdered sugar, orange peel and enough orange juice to make of drizzling consistency. Drizzle over warm rolls. Serve warm.
