Southwestern Chicken Stew



Ingredients:
1 16-oz can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
2 cups diced cooked chicken breast
1 1/2 cups frozen whole-kernel corn, thawed (canned works fine!)
2 cups chicken broth
1 1/2 cups chunky salsa
1 1/2 tsp chili seasoning (or chili powder)
1 tsp dried parsley flakes

Directions:
Combine pinto beans, chicken, and corn in slow cooker. Add chicken broth and salsa. Mix well to combine. Stir in chili seasoning and parsley flakes. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours. Mix well before serving.
