Ingredients: 1 cup long grain rice, uncooked
3 cups water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
10 3/4 oz can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
8 cups fresh broccoli florets
1 can mushrooms, drained
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 cup cooked chicken, chopped
4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
Directions: Combine all ingredients in crock pot. Cook on Low 3-4 hours.
