Ingredients:
1/2 cup chopped carrot
1 rib celery, diced
1/2 cup chopped broccoli1 large potato, diced
1 cup corn
1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
2/3 cup milk
4 oz chopped cooked chicken or turkey
(you can also add any other veggies your family likes :)
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Mix all ingrediets except biscuits. Spray muffin tins with nonstick spray. Put one biscuit in each muffin tin and spread to form a bottom crust. Fill evenly with filling. Bake for 20 minutes. Each serving is 2 muffins.
