Coffee Cake Puffs
Ingredients:
1 cup + 2 tbsp flour
2 tsp cinnamon, divided
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup sugar, divided
1/4 cup reduced calorie margarine
1 egg
1/3 cup skim milk
Directions:
In small bowl combine flour, 1 tsp cinnamon and the baking powder; set aside. With mixer at medium speed combine 3 tbsp sugar, margarine and egg; beat until creamy. Alternately add flour mixture and milk; beating to combine. Drop batter by spoonfuls onto baking sheet, forming 10 equal mounds. Combine remaining 1 tbsp sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon; evenly sprinkle over mounds. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes.
