Marshmallow Popcorn Treat

Ingredients:

1 cup butter or margarine

1 1/3 cups sugar

1/2 cup Karo syrup

1 tsp vanilla

32 cups popped popcorn

1 small package mini marshmallows

Directions:

Combine butter, sugar and syrup and cook, stirring constantly, until it boils. Then simmer for 3 minutes. Add vanilla and marshmallows. Mix until marshmallows start to melt. Pour hot syrup over popcorn until popcorn is nicely coated and all syrup is used. Add M&M's, gumdrops or peanuts.
