1 jar of spaghetti sauce (or homemade)
2-3 cups grated mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup cottage cheese
garlic salt to taste

salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 egg
Cook shells according to package directions. Set aside. Pour half of spaghetti sauce on bottom of pan. Put shells open side up on a single layer on top of sauce. Meahwhile, mix cheeses, seasonings, and egg. Spoon mixture into each shell. Pour remaining sauce over all shells and if desired, top with more mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
