1 cup macaroni
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. flour
Dash of salt and pepper
1 1/4 cup milk
2 cups shredded cheese
Cook macaroni until tender and drain well. Meanwhile, make cheese sauce. In saucepan, melt butter and stir in flour, salt, and pepper. Add milk all at once. Cook and stir constantly until slightly thickened and starting to bubble. Add cheese and stir til melted. Stir sauce and drained macaroni together in pan or bowl.
