Tater Nugget Hot Dish
1 lb ground beef
3/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
garlic powder to taste
pepper to taste
1 cup frozen veggies
1 16 oz package frozen potato nuggets
Heat oven to 375 degrees. In large sauce pan, combine groundbeef, onions, and celery. Cook and stir until beef is brown. Drain well. Stir in soups, seasonings and vegetables. Spoon into 2 quart casserole dish. Top with nuggets. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until bubbly and nuggets are golden brown.
Serves 6.
