Low Fat Apple Cake

1 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp splenda (or other sugar substitute)
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
4 medium apples, peeled, seeded & chopped
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp vanilla

Combine flour, sugar, splenda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in medium bowl. Add apples and stir lightly to coat. Combine eggs and vanilla. Add to apple mixture; stir until just moistened. Spoon into sprayed cooker. Bake on High for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Serve warm.
