Amish Baked Oatmeal



1 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup mild
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 egg
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients; mix well. Spread evenly in a greased 13x9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes, or until edges are golden brown. Immediately spoon into bowls; add mild. Top with fruit or brown sugar. Serves 6.
